Machinery
Whatever the budget and whatever your production requirements Super Spacer has a machinery solution to suit your needs. Super Spacer is machinery neutral and can help reduce costs regardless of output. There are three levels for Super Spacer production:
Up to 400 units - Manual: This allows a three man team to produce up to 400 units per eight hour shift including manual glass wash, manual spacer application and manual perimeter sealing.
Up to 600 units - Semi Automated: This allows the same three man team to produce up to 600 units per 8 hour shift including automated glass wash, manual spacer application and manual/automated perimeter sealing.
Up to 1200 units - Fully Automated: This allows a two man team to produce up to 1,200 units per 8 hour shift including glass wash, automated spacer application, gas filling and automated perimeter sealing.
The Super Spacer manufacturing process allows greater productivity to give Super Spacer cost parity with standard aluminium spacer bars.
